In 2018, we embarked on manufacturing our first prototype, only to discover that no construction system was suitable for the industrialized construction of Passivehaus buildings or retrofit projects. Since then, we have been diligently working on the development of two systems: the “Net-Zero Modular Passivehaus System” for Cold climates and the “Modular Passive House System VH” for Very-Hot climate zones. Recently, our efforts were recognized, and we were awarded the Pilot-Certificate for our retrofit system called the “Passivehaus Retrofit System.”
With our modular Passivhaus construction systems, we construct buildings using meticulously manufactured building components. This approach ensures a high degree of quality control and precision in the construction process, leading to reduced construction time and waste.
Our modular building components are meticulously designed to meet the stringent energy efficiency requirements of the Passivhaus standard. They incorporate advanced insulation, air sealing, and ventilation systems. Additionally, we integrate renewable energy sources, such as solar panels, into the building’s design to generate electricity and achieve Net-Zero energy consumption.
